RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE RESIDENTIAL PROGRAM MANAGER: Oversee day-to-day operations, prioritizing individual needs and compliance with state regulations. Foster independence and personal choice for individuals with disabilities through respectful interaction. Execute individual service plans and provide assistance with daily tasks and medication administration. Foster open communication and collaboration among colleagues, residents, and families. Create an environment of support and innovation, driving team success. QUALIFICATIONS OF THE RESIDENTIAL PROGRAM MANAGER: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with at least 1 year of managerial experience. Ability to attain company driver status and pass a level II background check.
