We are a General Contractor looking for a skilled Residential Maintenance Technician to join our fast-growing team! We strive to provide our clients with quality and speed while delivering an amazing end product.To join our team, you must have a keen eye for detail, be willing to contribute in all areas, must have a flexible schedule, and have the drive to go above and beyond.This role requires weekends and consists of Wednesday/Thursday as days off. Benefits to include: paid Holidays, PTO, and Medical/Delta (50% paid by employer).Responsibilities:Performs daily service, routine, and preventative maintenanceRepair roof, plumbing, electrical, appliance and carpentry.Installs new appliances such as dishwashers, ranges, and refrigerators.Completes Demo/trash outs as needed.Handling work order requests promptly and professionally to keep timelines on track.Assist the PM in providing client updates and daily/weekly progress photos to Buildertrend.Communicates with the PM regarding job performance, any obstacles faced, and offers solutions as needed.Purchase/Deliver material to job sites as needed.Perform other duties as assigned by the PM.Qualifications:Experience in residential maintenance, minimum 2 years.Knowledgeable and skilled in the safe use and maintenance of hand tools, power tools, mechanical equipment, measuring devices, and work orders.Driver's license and reliable transportation, must pass background check as it relates to housing.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. push and pull up to 100 lbs. daily, climb stairs and ladders, reach for supplies, and perform overhead painting.Demonstrated ability to understand and carry out both verbal and written instructions and directions.Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliance troubleshooting, and carpentry.Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively with subcontractors.Ability to engage in front-facing interactions with clients.Must maintain a professional appearance and comply with prescribed uniform policy.About Company:Premier Pro Construction primarily focuses on residential home remodeling, old home restoration, large and small home additions, kitchen & bathroom remodels, and helping home sellers prepare their property for sale.
