The Good Stuff: Service Tech Pay: $17-28/hr NO ON CALL! Medical, Dental, Vision (Free medical plan option for employee)401k with 4% company match PTO, Paid Holidays, Paid Parental Leave Company Provided Truck, Phone, iPad, and Uniforms (trucks left at the shop overnight) What you need: Service: 2+ years of diagnosing and troubleshooting residential HVAC equipment Valid drivers license with no major violations within the last 3 years; including you must be 21 years old, and held a valid drivers license for three years to operate a company vehicle, and to obtain company insurance. Ability to use an iPad and our Service Titan software Customer service skills to diagnose and sell the repair to the customer Experience with: variable speed units, replacing parts such as contactors and capacitors, handling refrigerant, etc. EPA Certification, Nate and Journeyman preferred  Have more questions?
