Job summary
Efficient Air Service of Riverdale, NJ is seeking a full-time Residential HVAC Installer.Diagnose and resolve problems while installing residential heating and cooling systems.Competitive salary and excellent benefits, including health insurance and 401(k).

Responsibilities
• Diagnose and resolve problems in a courteous, professional, timely, and accurate manner.• Install quality residential heating and cooling systems in new and existing buildings.• Work Monday-Friday 7 am - 3 pm with overtime available.• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide excellent customer service.• Adhere to safety guidelines and company policies.• Maintain clean and organized work area.• Complete necessary paperwork and documentation.• Attend training and continuing education programs.• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.• Follow all established procedures and protocols.
Requirements
• 2+ years of residential installation experience.• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.• Time management skills and quick learning ability.• Exceptional communication skills and team player mentality.• Pride in work, trustworthiness, and respectfulness.• Professional and presentable appearance.
