Superior Contracting & Maintenance is seeking to hire a Residential Electrician to join our team. As a Residential Electrician, the successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in residential properties. Responsibilities Install, maintain, repair and upgrade electrical systems and electrical wiring in residential properties. Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues and establish the most efficient and effective solutions for repair. Adhere to National Electric Code (NEC) regulations, state and local building codes, and OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) safety regulations Install and maintain lighting fixtures, ceiling fans, and other electrical devices and equipment. Estimate time and materials required for electrical work and create project timelines. Communicate with clients and project managers in a professional manner. Requirements Journeyman Electrician License in the state of [insert state] High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Residential Electrician Knowledge and understanding of electrical codes, regulations, and safety procedures.
