Residential Construction Superintendent

Manage on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with plans, specifications, and building codes. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to maintain project schedules. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety. Communicate with project stakeholders to provide updates and resolve issues. Maintain accurate project records and ensure adherence to company standards. Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of residential construction experience, with custom home focus preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in reading construction plans and using construction management software. OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety certification preferred. Benefits:
