One of my top clients, a highly recognized general contractor, is seeking experienced Commercial Construction Superintendents to join their team. This is an amazing opportunity for candidates who have a minimum of 5+ years of hands-on commercial construction experience, specifically someone with diverse ground up commercial construction project expierence.
As a Residential Construction Superintendent, Your Responsibilities Will Include
Managing ground-up Residential construction projects
Providing mentorship and leadership to the team
Overseeing multiple trades and ensuring the completion of tasks
Building strong relationships with coworkers, clients, and subcontractors
Utilizing computer software programs and estimation metrics for project management
Being self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented in problem-solving
Skills and qualifications
Bachelors degree in engineering or construction management OR an equivalent combination of technical training and experience.
Minimum 5+ years of hands-on Residential construction experience
Proven track record of managing ground-up commercial projects
Proficient in mentorship and leadership within a general contracting setting
Strong computer skills and familiarity with software programs and estimation metrics
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented in problem-solving
Travel may be required. Must possess and maintain a valid Driver's License
