Residential Architectural Designer/Drafter Qualifications: Minimum 3 years' experience Bachelor's or Associates degree in related field preferred but not required Experience with high-end custom homes and renovation projects Software experience with ArchiCAD or Chief Architect is preferred. Knowledge of building codes Candidates must be team orientated with the ability to take direction and work independently. Ability to communicate in a clear, timely and accurate manner Detail orientated and willing to see tasks, particularly drawing coordination, through to completion.
