Summary: Position: Residential Carpenter Compensation: $22.00 to $32.00 per hour Job Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities: Exterior carpentry includes framing, sheathing, windowpane flashing, and correcting ground-level issues. Installing windows and doors. Fitting structural components and fixtures. Knowledge in stucco application and moisture damage repair is highly advantageous. Familiarity with construction regulations. Key Requirements: Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team. Proactive in identifying and mitigating potential issues. Commitment to high-quality craftsmanship. Keeping the workspace tidy and adhering to safety protocols. Must possess a valid driver's license and have access to dependable transportation. Capable of lifting up to 75 lbs. Proficient in using power tools, hand tools, and a tape measure.
