What does a Resident Services Director at Sagora do? Oversee recruitment, hiring, training, supervision, and evaluation of all caregivers to assure quality servicesPlan and delegate work assignments, ensuring effective schedulingProvide case management services to residentsFacilitate and encourage family involvement with residentsAssist in coordination of resident move-in and move-out to ensure a smooth transition for resident and familyInvestigate incidents, identify safety hazards, and implement corrective actions in a timely mannerDevelop and monitor resident service plansEnsure regulatory compliance and participate in management and agency surveysWhat do you need to be a Resident Services Director?
