Job Description Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. No sponsorship is available for this position. Job Description Provides clerical and administrative support to various members of the project. The incumbent may be required to report to various construction sites to assist senior staff members with day-to-day construction related functions.
You will join our Construction Management Department
As our new Construction Inspector, you will be part of the Construction Management team that support project delivery of Ramboll's construction projects. Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:
Provides clerical and administrative support to members of the project. Prepares daily inspection reports, correspondence, emails, etc. for various types of construction projects under supervision of senior construction staff. Performs general mathematical computations. Maintains an accurate set of field notes and daily reports. Assists senior construction staff in a variety of inspections, as well as, record keeping and as-built drawings. Maintains relationships with contractors or subcontractors and engineering/ architectural design team. Participates actively in creating a safety culture in the office and at the jobsite. Adheres to the policies and standards set forth in the firm's Quality Management System. Your starting point for constant growth

High school diploma. Has basic knowledge with the pertinent information of a construction project, or aspect of a construction project, including but not limited to the plans and specifications, right of way restrictions, permits, test procedures, schedules, shop drawings and submittals, utility locations utility owners. A strong desire to increase construction knowledge and ability through training in related field. A basic understanding and working knowledge of general safety requirements. Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Prolog Converge, Microsoft Project or other project tracking software. Work effectively in teams. Additional skills, certifications, and qualities that will help you succeed in this role include:
NICET Level I Certification.  Special Inspection Certification. Municipal and State Agency experience. Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
