Responsibilities
• Provide hands-on care to residents• Assist with moving/lifting/transferring• Assist with bathing, personal hygiene, and grooming• Assist with mealtime assistance• Inform Nurse/Manager of health care concerns or changes• Monitor residents' health and administer medications• Assist residents with daily living activities• Assist in developing social and recreational interests• Maintain a clean and tidy environment• Monitor and request orders for medical and office supplies• Assist with serving meals in the dining room
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred• Additional training or college courses in nursing or healthcare preferred• Experience as a Resident Aide or Nursing Assistant preferred
