Summary of Job Duties and Responsibilities: This is part-time, non-exempt, one-year hire position.
Position is responsible for working with the Central Housing staff to oversee the overall operation of the residence hall including discipline, occupancy management, maintenance, staff supervision, and desk operation. Supports the Residential College Head. Supervision of 5 – 12 Resident Advisors (depending on building); 1 – Desk Supervisor; 1 to 2 Mail Room Workers; 10 – 12 Day and Night Desk Staff. Minimum Education Requirements: Bachelor's Degree Minimum Experience and Skill Requirements: Previous residence life experience Has been through housing training of some type Posting Date: 05/08/2023

Work Hours: Working in a residence hall. Currently working 29 to 32 hours per week. This is a live in position. Serves as a member of the on-call response team rotation for all housing buildings once every other week and 2 to 3 weekends per month. Also serves in the on-call rotation during breaks, holidays and summers. Physical Demands: Some lifting, climbing stairs and walking to do rounds.
