The reservations manager is responsible for all guest booking details from multiple channels (website, emial, phone, social media, etc.) You will be managing multiple calendars and be the go-to person for any questions regarding availability.
The ideal candidate is familiar with the hospitality industry, has great time management, organization & communication skills and is looking for a set, daytime schedule. We are currently looking for a Daytime Reservations Manager with: A minimum 1-year, high volume NYC experience in restaurant or hotel reservations, events, or reception. Or a minimum 2 years in a host or check-in position. Resy, Google & Microsoft Office Suite experience required for daily use
This is an in-person position, and all candidates must be local to the NYC Metro area This position is for a 5 day per week fixed schedule, full time days, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm.
