We seek a dynamic and experienced Reservations/Sales Manager to join our refined hotel team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maximizing room bookings and revenue through effective sales strategies and exceptional customer service. The Reservations/Sales Manager will oversee the reservation and sales operations, ensuring seamless processes and maintaining high standards of guest  satisfaction. Job Functions: Solicit and contract new business opportunities with consistent business development tactics to maximize guestroom sales.  Implement a targeted and direct strategic plan to penetrate specific markets.  Work closely with the General Manager to develop and achieve outlined objectives. Ensure all promotion and distribution channels are fully exploited within travel agencies and target markets to maximize domestic and international sales opportunities. Work closely with outside sales agents to ensure that both property and outside agency sales efforts are maximized. Liaise with PR, Influencers, photographers, and journalists when on the property and coordinate needs such as photoshoots, site inspections, etc. Responsible for all group and event requests and bookings Process reservations by email, telephone, or central reservation systems referral from the sales office, other hotel departments, and travel agents. Processes and communicates reservations, cancellations, and modifications and promptly relays this information to the client and front desk. Responding to Request for Proposals from Tourism Bureaus, Convention Visitors Bureaus, and more. Develop relationships within the community to strengthen and expand the customer base for sales opportunities. Conduct creative site inspections with on-site clients. Respond to clients within 24 hours. Use superb time management skills and effective communication with customers and coworkers. Maintain complete knowledge of all hotel services/features, rate plans, package cancellation policies, and hours of operation. Promote positive relations with guests and employees. Maintain a high level of knowledge of the competition's product. Maintain a database that contains all sales clients' contact information Achieve or exceed assigned quarterly financial goals in revenue. Positively contribute to the maximum utilization of revenue through ADR, Occupancy, and RevPAR.  Work closely with outside sales agents to ensure that both property and outside agency sales efforts are maximized. Provide feedback to the GM & Ownership on changing conditions, including trends in the competition and market conditions. Essential Qualifications: Ability to satisfactorily communicate in verbal and written English with guests, management, and co-workers to their understanding. Prioritize and organize work assignments and have timely follow-up and execution.  Have superb time management skills. Maintain complete knowledge of all hotel services/features and hours of operation. Other language, mathematical, and reasoning abilities are outlined below. Ability to comply with physical demands as outlined below. Knowledge and understanding of IFG Culture & initiatives. Technologically sound with property's technology platforms. Ability to compute basic mathematical calculations.
