This role starts at $17.00 per hour, with the potential to earn an additional monthly incentive. Our top-performing Specialists can receive up to an additional $1,500+ per month in sales commissions.

**Responsibilities:**
- Assist guests by selling future room reservations and making changes to existing reservations in a knowledgeable and timely manner
- Complete comprehensive in-house training on effective selling techniques and standards, and utilize these skills to maximize revenue
- Answer all incoming calls and emails with professionalism, friendliness, and efficiency
- Develop authentic connections with potential guests in a reservation sales environment
- Provide guests with detailed information concerning the facilities, locations, services, and surrounding areas
- Process all guest reservations accurately, including guest follow-up and obtaining necessary information in the PMS system
- Meet or exceed established booking conversion rates, average handling time guidelines, and other performance metrics associated with this position
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- General computer literacy with knowledge of Microsoft Office and PMS applications
- Ability to interact with internal and external guests while maintaining a high level of professionalism
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, confident telephone skills, and etiquette
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, with a strong eye for detail and a results-driven approach
- Excellent interpersonal, administrative, and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and with different levels of management
- Flexibility to work weekends, nights, and holidays as needed
