The Learning More from Adolescents Online group is seeking a Researcher to develop and carry out research protocols in our lab.The focus is on promoting well-being for adolescents and young adults when using technology and digital media.Specifically interested in decreasing negative social media activities and amplifying positive social media activities for marginalized adolescents.

Responsibilities
• Provides technical expertise to scientific research.• Collects and analyzes research data, conducts experiments and interviews, and documents results.• Conducts literature reviews, prepares reports and materials, and disseminates information.• Trains individuals and groups on equipment operations and research protocols.• Assists in developing research methodologies and procedures.• Assists in developing grant applications and proposals.• Maintains REDCap database for longitudinal research project.• Identifies concerns and recommends solutions to leadership.
Requirements
• Master's Degree in Public Health, Psychology, Communication, Information, or Human Ecology preferred.• Experience in REDCap survey software and recruiting/data collection for research.• Qualitative and/or mixed methods research experience.• Scientific writing experience.• Prior experience working with adolescents and social media platforms.
