Responsibilities
• Provide expertise to clients on research and evaluation approaches• Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses of data collected• Prepare written and oral reports of research and evaluation results• Design research and evaluation plans to meet the information needs of clients• Coordinate and supervise project personnel• Serve as the point person for communication with clients• Oversee and coordinate project staff and graduate students• Ensure the implementation of research and evaluation plans• Manage budgets and effort for all personnel assigned to projects• Adhere to timelines and produce products and deliverables
Requirements
• Advanced degree in Education, Psychology, Leadership, Evaluation, or a related field• Experience leading and/or conducting research and evaluation in education and social service settings• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively• Experience in developing research and evaluation plans• Knowledge of complex methodology and implementation challenges• Demonstrated commitment to anti-racism/oppression practices• Experience in conducting field-based research in educational agencies• Ability to work independently and make decisions• Ability to keep processes moving forward• Experience in program evaluations with an equity lens
