Job Summary: The Department of Psychology in the College of Arts & Sciences at the University of Kentucky in Lexington, KY is seeking a Research Analyst Principal to work on grant-funded clinical trial research studies in Dr. Fillmore's Psychology Drug and Alcohol Abuse research laboratory. The major responsibility of this position is to conduct controlled experimental tests of the effects of alcohol and other drugs on human performance using standardized clinical assessments. Duties include recruiting and testing human study participants in clinical trials, implementation of study protocols, development of work plans consistent with study objectives, supervising and training undergraduate and graduate students in the research procedures, management and archiving of study data, maintaining IRB compliance, as well as day-to-day operations of the laboratory.
