CTI requires the support of a Research Analyst for our US INDOPACOM team. We are seeking a talented, driven, and independent professional who can bring to bear valid and critical information needed to resolve gaps and problems within our team's area of responsibility. This job demands creative and systematic work to increase and obtain the stock of knowledge about areas of interest to our team, inclusive of technology, resources, talent, demographics and environment.
Responsibilities include: Conduct research using a variety of qualitative and quantitative research methods. Collect, organize, and analyze data from various sources to propose solutions Develop research plans and methodologies to address client needs. Prepare and present comprehensive reports, findings, and recommendations to clients. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure research objectives are met. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in research and analysis. Requirements Necessary skills and experience: Master's degree in a related field (e.g., business analytics, data analytics) Experience conducting research and analysis Minimum 5 years of experience working with small to medium-sized businesses. Proficiency in applying proven research techniques to address specific challenges. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills (ability to connect seemingly disparate artifacts of information into new or novel products). Must be able to travel internationally to capture research findings and collaborate with teammates. Beneficial Skills and Experience: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Demonstrated ability to create innovative solutions based on research insights.
