Job Title:Research Administration Management Analyst 2 - AerospaceDepartment:Engineering | Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering The Research Administration Management Analyst 2 will provide assistance for assigned principal investigators (PI) as part of the Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering department and collaborative research teams with a focus in Aerospace Engineering research areas; oversee and manage all post-award activities; responsible to oversee and execute a broad range of project and program coordination duties including, but not limited to administrative, fiscal, research and sponsored projects tasks; provides support of all post-award activities, including fiscal management, personnel appointments, compliance, and support of investigators and staff; effectively manages all sponsored research events acts as liaison to college, university, government and industry, institutional partners, and vendors; ensures smooth planning, processing and communication, adhering to university policies, and external communication to all stakeholders for all events and projects ; provides administrative support to research operations, requests access, space and facility, and software licensures for research group and program events; communicates in a professional and timely manner and demonstrates strong commitment to customer service; provides a positive image towards the COEs, MAE, and the College of Engineering; demonstrates commitment to our values in education and experiential learning and positively promotes teamwork, collaborations and communication; performs other duties and works on special projects as assigned.

The target hiring range for this job profile is $53,800 - $71,700 . The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limit to, education, years of experience, internal equity, etc. Final candidates may be subject to successful completion of a background check.
