Introduction: Cyrten's Customer is seeking an Artificial Intelligence Developer with active TS/SCI FSP to work in Washington, DC. The developer will develop AI and machine learning capabilities and support the ongoing development of tools to gather data from various sensor-based sources. The developer will also transition developed tools and systems to the Customer's Enterprise system and modify applications to comply with architectural and A&A processes.
Role: 1. Develop the ability to correlate data from various sources to create real-time pattern of life predictability using AI or ML.
2. Support ongoing development on tools to gather data from various sensor-based sources and develop systems to return data to Customer.
3. Transition developed tools and systems to the Customer's Enterprise system.
4. Modify applications to meet compliance with the Customer's architectural and A&A process.
5. Develop and support scalable and secure functionality into software applications.
6. Study how to use Machine Learning to simulate human learning activities.
7. Develop data framework for data analysis to support end-user data discovery and data correlation.
8. Design, set up, and perform technical demonstrations.
9. Incorporate multiple technologies for novel solutions.
10. Enact ad-hoc technical experiments to test tradecraft concepts.
11. Demonstrated experience with Open source Operating systems (i.e. CentOS Linux, Ubuntu
Linux).
12. Demonstrated experience with implementing Docker containers and Vagrant environments to ship and deploy software packages.
13. Demonstrated experience with JavaScript.
14. Demonstrated experience with Java EE. 5. Demonstrated experience with Python.

10. Demonstrated experience developing and writing code for Soho/mobile devices.
11. Demonstrated experience understanding the design and programming for complex systems integration.
12. Demonstrated experience implementing ICD directives.
13. Demonstrated experience documenting networks and diagramming networks.
14. Demonstrated experience with Customer's network and security requirements for Approval to Develop (ATD) and Authority to Operate (ATO).
15. Demonstrated experience or knowledge of using JIRA and Confluence for tracking and managing project progress.
16. Cloud certifications (AWS Solutions Architect, AWS DevOps Professional), and Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
17. Experience being responsible for developing and maintaining a cloud-based environment that contains data of the highest sensitivity.
18. Experience primarily working independently as the single point of failure for all systems administration work on the environment.
19. Experience performing security assessments to identify and correct weaknesses or deficiencies within the information system and its operation environment.
20. Experience directly processing all customer efforts through the various facets of the Risk Management Framework (RMF) and Assessment & Authorization (A&A) processes.
21. Experience performing system configuration and patch management on live critical systems. 22. Experience implementing corrective actions to address identified vulnerabilities, negotiating and coordinating with the program on an acceptable mitigation plan, and verifying those mitigations were effectively implemented.
23. Experience acting as a point of contact (POC) with department personnel and performing requirements gathering and application design to support operational facing customer needs in an Agile methodology.
