Reputation Marketing Coordinator Job Level: Entry-Level 
Location: Orem, UT 
Shift: Part -Time 
Compensation: $14-$16/hour

Position Summary:  We are looking for a Reputation Marketing Coordinator to help drive additional value from existing customers through online reviews and customer referrals. The Reputation Marketing Coordinator must be organized, have great attention to detail, and feel comfortable providing high-end customer service in multiple areas of the customer journey. They will become experts at both promoting and defending the public and online image of Blue Raven Solar. This is a high-visibility role with frequent collaboration with management throughout the organization.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Generate positive reviews through customer outreach Coordinate & communicate with customers to address their review concerns Execute Referral promotions to drive lead generation Manage Referral process to ensure timely payment to referring customers Communicate effectively with corporate and field resources and provide feedback regularly Job Requirements: Ability to manage time, priorities, and tasks effectively and efficiently, as well as deliver a personable and up-beat attitude to team members and customers Respond effectively and timely to online reviews, inbound calls, emails, and text messages?
