Current agents with good selling ability are earning on average $1,500.00 - $2,500.00 in commission sales per month (in addition to their hourly pay) with our company. Some surpass the $3,000.00 mark as well. If you are worried, we offer Professional Sales Training to help you build your sales skills so no need to worry about prior experience as we can help train you to be a high sales performer.
What you'll do:
Effectively listen and identify customer needs to communicate and offer additional products and services to enhance the customer's travel experience.
Capture customers without reservations to increase market share. Guide customers through the rental process using empathy, empowerment and problem-solving skills to provide a memorable experience to delight the customer. Assist customers with vehicle exchanges, returns, future reservations and any concerns they may have! What we're looking for:
High School Diploma (or equivalent).
Valid Driver's License.
Effective verbal communication skills and problem-solving skills with customers, co-workers and management.
Flexibility to workdays, evenings, weekends and holidays. (We always provide 2-days off in a 7-day period) .
Basic computer skills (typing, data entry).
Ability to demonstrate professionalism and enthusiasm with customers, co-workers and management.
Ability to use proven sales techniques while providing a positive customer experience in a fast-paced environment. Perks you'll get:
$16 an hour for the first 90-days while you are training and getting accustomed to the job. After the 90-days, $14 an hour. A lucrative commission program that has no cap - and like what was said above - could equate to an average of $1,500.00 - $2,500.00 in commission sales per month.
