Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Remote Web Chat Specialist to join our team at Delta Air Lines in Phoenix, Arizona. As a part-time Associate Level position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our online customers via web chat. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service and possess strong emotional intelligence and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:- Engage with customers in real-time through web chat to answer inquiries, provide assistance, and resolve issues- Demonstrate a deep understanding of Delta Air Lines' products and services to effectively communicate with customers- Utilize a variety of tools and resources to efficiently handle multiple chat sessions simultaneously- Document customer interactions and follow up on any outstanding issues to ensure customer satisfaction- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve overall performance- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new technologies to continuously improve service delivery

Requirements:- 4+ years of experience in customer service or a related field- Excellent written communication skills with a strong attention to detail- High emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with customers- Proficient in using web chat platforms and CRM systems- Ability to work independently and meet performance metrics- Flexible schedule to accommodate evening and weekend shifts
