Job Description:

TravelCenters of America is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Remote Web Chat Representative to join our team in providing exceptional customer service to our clients in San Antonio, Texas. As a part-time Associate Level position with a requirement of 2 years of experience, the Remote Web Chat Representative will be responsible for engaging with customers in a timely and professional manner through online chat platforms to address any inquiries, provide assistance with bookings, and ensure overall customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:1. Engage with customers through web chat to provide information on travel services, routes, and amenities.2. Assist customers with bookings, reservations, and cancellations as needed.3. Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and efficient manner.4. Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and resolve any issues that may arise.5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.6. Proactively seek opportunities to upsell services and promote customer loyalty.7. Stay up-to-date on company policies, promotions, and services to provide accurate information to customers.8. Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals set by the company.

Requirements:1. 2 years of experience in a customer service or sales role.2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.3. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.4. Negotiation skills to handle challenging situations with customers.5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.6. Proficiency in using web chat platforms and customer relationship management (CRM) software.7. High school diploma or equivalent.8. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
