Job Description:As a Remote Web Chat Representative at GrubHub, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through online chat platforms. You will engage with customers to address their inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience with our services. This position requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering top-notch service.
Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and issues through web chat in a timely and professional manner- Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding our services, orders, and promotions- Assist customers with placing orders, tracking deliveries, and resolving any delivery-related issues- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate teams- Maintain a positive and customer-focused attitude at all times- Meet or exceed performance metrics related to response times, customer satisfaction, and resolution rates- Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve customer service processes and procedures- Stay up-to-date on company policies, products, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers
Requirements:- 1 year of customer service experience- Driven and passionate about providing excellent customer service- Strong analytical and negotiation skills- Excellent written communication skills and the ability to multitask- High school diploma or equivalent- Comfortable working remotely and managing your own schedule
