Remote Web Chat Officer

Job Description:As a Remote Web Chat Officer at Genuine Parts, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat interactions. This part-time role is perfect for individuals who are independent, driven, and possess excellent communication skills. You will interact with customers in real-time, answering inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support as needed.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and issues via web chat in a timely and professional manner- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies- Assist customers with placing orders and processing returns- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Utilize attention to detail to accurately document customer interactions and maintain records- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate and timely support

Requirements:- At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy- Comfortable working remotely and using online chat platforms- Basic computer skills and familiarity with technology- Prior experience with web chat or customer service software is a plus
