Remote Web Chat Officer

Job Description:

Peabody Energy is seeking a Remote Web Chat Officer to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. This part-time position is perfect for an energetic and hardworking individual who excels in project management and persuasion. As a Remote Web Chat Officer, you will be responsible for engaging with customers through our website's chat feature to provide exceptional customer service and support.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner- Provide accurate information about Peabody Energy's products and services- Assist customers with placing orders, troubleshooting issues, and processing returns- Proactively engage with website visitors to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction- Collaborate with the customer service team to address complex customer issues- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a similar role- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Strong project management skills- Persuasive and able to influence others- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment- Proficiency in typing and navigating online chat platforms
