Remote Web Chat Officer

Job Description:

Palantir Technologies is seeking a skilled Remote Web Chat Officer to join our team in Denver, Colorado. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. This full-time position will require the individual to work remotely, providing web chat support to our clients.

Responsibilities:- Engage with customers via web chat to provide support and assistance with any inquiries or issues they may have- Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve customer concerns in a timely manner- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure a positive experience and high level of customer satisfaction- Collaborate with other team members to share knowledge and best practices for web chat support- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and details of inquiries for future reference- Stay updated on company products and services to provide accurate information to customers- Continuously seek opportunities for innovation and improvement in web chat support processes

Requirements:- Resourceful and energetic individual with a strong work ethic- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to think creatively and innovate solutions to customer issues- At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or web chat support role- Proficiency in using web chat platforms and other customer service tools- Experience with remote work and strong time management skills- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
