Remote Web Chat Assistant

Job Description:

World Fuel Services is looking for a Remote Web Chat Assistant to join our team in San Jose, California. This is a part-time position at the Associate level with a requirement of at least 2 years of relevant experience. As a Remote Web Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing customer support through online chat channels, answering inquiries, resolving customer issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:- Engage with customers through web chat to provide support, answer questions, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner- Maintain a high level of responsiveness and accuracy in all customer interactions- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Document customer interactions and feedback for analysis and improvement purposes- Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance customer service- Adhere to company policies and procedures while delivering exceptional customer service

Requirements:- Energetic and reliable personality traits- Strong presentation and planning skills- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in using web chat software and other customer service tools- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
