KKR is seeking a motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a Remote Web Chat Assistant in Los Angeles, California. Responsibilities:- Engage with website visitors through live chat to provide assistance and answer any questions they may have- Maintain a positive and friendly attitude while interacting with customers- Efficiently resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Assist in creating and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention
