Remote Web Chat Assistant

Job Description:

Eli Lilly is seeking a Remote Web Chat Assistant to join our team in Chicago, Illinois. This part-time position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be independent and energetic, with strong adaptability and communication skills.

Responsibilities:- Engage with customers through web chat to address inquiries and provide support- Assist customers in navigating our website and troubleshooting any issues they may encounter- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience- Utilize a knowledge base to provide accurate information and solutions to customer inquiries- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience- 4+ years of experience in customer service or a related field- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in MS Office and web-based applications- Experience with live chat software is a plus
