• Communicate with clients to understand travel preferences• Create personalized travel itineraries tailored to client requirements• Make reservations for flights, hotels, car rentals, etc.• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the booking process• Stay informed about travel trends and industry developments• Collaborate with partners to create enticing travel packages• Assist clients with payment processing and travel documentation• Handle and resolve any issues that may arise during travel• Promote services and attract new clients through marketing• Collaborate virtually with supportive team
Requirements
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills• Proficiency in using online communication tools• Self-motivated and disciplined with ability to work independently• Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple bookings• Passion for travel and desire to create memorable experiences• Degree or certification in Travel & Tourism is a plus• Must reside in US, Mexico, or Australia
