We are seeking positive and detail-oriented individuals with a passion for travel and customer service to join our team of travel professionals! Responsibilities:
-Communicate professionally with potential clients to determine their preferences, needs, wants, and budget.
-Research, organize, and book all travel plans for clients, including hotel stays, resorts, car rentals, airport transfers, airfare, cruises, tours and activities, concert/sporting event/theatre tickets, and more.
-Create quotes, itineraries, and invoices for clients.
-Follow up with clients before and after their trip, collect feedback and reviews.
-Stay up-to-date with the latest travel industry changes and restrictions.
-Stay up-to-date on business training, vendor certifications, and continuing education courses. This includes educating yourself on different destinations to ensure an unforgettable experience for your clients. We provide all necessary training.
Requirements:
-Must be 18+.
-Must be located in the United States, Mexico, or Australia.
-Must have a computer and smartphone.
-Must be highly organized.
-Must be self-motivated with a passion for travel and customer service.
-Social media, marketing, and customer service experience preferred, but not required
This is a fully remote and flexible schedule position with no sales quotas or cold-calling required. Please keep in mind that this is a position classified as 1099, which means that you will receive commissions as your sole form of compensation. That being said, we provide full training and certification, as well as a personal business website.
