Job Description:
CDW is seeking a talented and motivated Remote Support Representative to join our team in Seattle, Washington. As a part-time entry-level position, the Remote Support Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and technical assistance to our clients remotely.
Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and technical issues via phone, email, and chat- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems with hardware, software, and network systems- Provide guidance and support to customers on product usage and functionality- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions- Meet established service level agreements and performance metrics
Requirements:- 1 year of experience in customer service or technical support- Resourceful and hardworking mindset- Strong teamwork and negotiation skills- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting
