Remote Support Representative

Job Description:

Merck is seeking a part-time Remote Support Representative based in Phoenix, Arizona, US. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess a high level of adaptability and confidence. This Associate Level position requires strong project management skills and the ability to innovate in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:1. Provide remote technical support to customers located in various time zones.2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to Merck products and services.3. Document all customer interactions and resolutions in a timely manner.4. Collaborate with colleagues worldwide to ensure a seamless customer experience.5. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation.

Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in remote technical support or a similar role.3. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.4. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.5.
