Remote Support Officer

Job Description:

We are seeking a Remote Support Officer to join our team at UPS in Indianapolis, Indiana. As a Remote Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing remote technical support to customers, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position with entry-level seniority and requires at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:- Provide remote technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex technical problems- Document customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and timely responses- Stay up to date on product knowledge and technical skills- Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and procedures

Requirements:- Confident and resourceful personality traits- Strong time management skills- Emotional intelligence to empathize with customers and provide excellent service- 1 year of experience in a technical support role- High school diploma or equivalent- Excellent communication skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
