U.S. Bancorp is seeking a dedicated and experienced Remote Support Manager to join our team in Washington, D.C. This part-time position is ideal for someone with at least 8 years of experience in a similar role and who is looking to take on a mid-to-senior level position.
As the Remote Support Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of remote support professionals. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the day-to-day operations of the remote support team, providing guidance and training to team members, and ensuring that all support requests are handled in a timely and efficient manner. You will also be responsible for monitoring team performance and implementing strategies to improve productivity and customer satisfaction.
In addition to your managerial duties, you will also be expected to provide remote support to clients as needed. This may include troubleshooting technical issues, answering customer inquiries, and providing guidance on how to use our products and services.
