Job Description:

General Electric is seeking a skilled Remote Support Manager to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position requiring a minimum of 7 years of experience, the Remote Support Manager will play a crucial role in providing technical support to our customers across various locations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of remote support specialists, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:1. Manage and oversee a team of remote support specialists, including hiring, training, and performance management.2. Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and quality of remote support services.3. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous process enhancements.4. Provide technical guidance and support to team members to resolve complex customer issues.5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of remote support services.6. Build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and partners to ensure customer satisfaction.7. Stay current on industry trends and technologies to provide innovative solutions to customers.8. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to remote support operations.

Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in technical support or remote support management.3. Strong technical background with experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.4. Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead a team effectively.5. Independent and resourceful with the ability to work autonomously in a remote environment.6. Highly adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, changing work environment.7. Proven track record of driving operational efficiency and delivering exceptional customer service.8. Experience working with remote support tools and technologies.9. Knowledge of ITIL or other service management frameworks is a plus.
