Responsibilities:- Responding to customer inquiries promptly and professionally- Troubleshooting technical issues related to our products or services- Providing efficient and effective solutions to customer problems- Documenting customer interactions and solutions in the database- Collaborating with team members to improve processes and procedures- Participating in ongoing training and development programs- Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times
Requirements:- Confidence and energy to engage with customers effectively- Strong decision-making skills and the ability to take initiative- Leadership qualities to guide customers through problem-solving processes- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Experience with remote support tools and software is a plus- High school diploma or equivalent
