Remote Support Assistant

Job Description:

Envision Healthcare Holdings is seeking a part-time Remote Support Assistant to join our team in San Diego, California. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess a strong work ethic. The Remote Support Assistant will be responsible for providing remote assistance to our team members, clients, and customers in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:1. Provide remote technical support to team members, clients, and customers on a variety of issues.2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems with hardware, software, and network connectivity.3. Assist with setting up and configuring remote workstations for team members.4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless remote support experience.5. Document all support requests and resolutions in our ticketing system.6. Assist with training team members on remote support best practices.7. Stay up-to-date on the latest remote support technologies and trends.

Requirements:- At least 3 years of experience in a remote support or technical support role.- Energetic and hardworking attitude.- Excellent cooperation and leadership skills.- Strong communication skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Knowledge of remote desktop tools and ticketing systems.- Familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems.- Certification in remote support or technical support is a plus.
