Job Description:
TravelCenters of America is seeking a talented Remote Social Media Manager to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Remote Social Media Manager will be responsible for creating and managing social media content across various platforms to drive engagement and promote the TravelCenters of America brand.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to the TravelCenters of America website.- Create engaging content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.- Monitor social media channels for customer feedback and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.- Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies as needed to improve performance and reach key performance indicators.- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to ensure consistency in messaging and brand voice across all platforms.- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing to identify new opportunities for growth.- Manage social media advertising campaigns to reach target audiences and drive conversions.- Stay current on emerging platforms and technologies to explore new ways to engage with customers and build brand loyalty.- Collaborate with internal teams to develop social media campaigns for special promotions, events, and initiatives.- Provide regular reporting on social media performance and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.- Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management.- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Strong organizational and time management skills.- Resilient and motivated individual who can work independently in a remote environment.- Ability to plan and execute social media strategies to meet business objectives.- Experience in people management and coordination with cross-functional teams.
