Remote Planning Consultant

This is a remote position.
DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a Planning Consultant that will help our clients plan smartly and achieve more savings. Individuals join our company because we provide a dynamic work environment, where no two days are the same. Our team members stay with us because we care about their work-life balance. In this role, you are the primary point of contact for the client and will provide them with the best options available to meet their needs and complete their request.

A snapshot of this opportunity

Research, share and confirm itineraries and reservations with the client

Provide special offers and important details to the client 

Uncapped Commission 

Provide the client with the required industry information, such as low fares, exchange costs and penalties

Business Opportunity 

Fulfill all requests regarding necessary regulations (DOT, TSA, passports, visas, etc.)

Attend live training to help you excel within our company

How can you set yourself apart?

Great written communication skills and professionalism a plus but not required

Proven ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously 

Ability to work independently, exercising discretion and judgment

Demonstrate excellent professional customer service and problem resolution skills
