Delek US Holdings is seeking a part-time Remote Operations Manager to join our team in Dallas, Texas. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 6 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our remote teams.
Responsibilities:1. Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize productivity and efficiency.2. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.3. Lead and mentor a team of remote employees, providing guidance and support as needed.4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.5. Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to streamline operations.6. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.8. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.9. Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.2.
