Responsibilities:- Provide support to the remote operations team with day-to-day activities- Assist in processing insurance applications and claims- Communicate with clients and policyholders via phone and email- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks- Maintain detailed records and documentation of all transactions
