Job Description:
Symantec, a leading cybersecurity company, is seeking a Remote Marketing Assistant to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on a part-time basis. As an Associate level position, we are looking for an individual with at least 3 years of marketing experience who is resourceful, hardworking, adaptable, and skilled in problem-solving.
Responsibilities:1. Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote Symantec's products and services.2. Manage social media platforms and create engaging content to increase brand awareness.3. Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities.4. Support the marketing team in organizing and executing promotional events and campaigns.5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels.6. Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and make recommendations for improvement.7. Provide general administrative support to the marketing department as needed.
Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing.3. Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing software.4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.5. Strong organizational and time management skills.6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.7. Remote work experience is a plus.
