Responsibilities
• Assisting callers with securing a storage unit and guiding them through the move-in process• Understanding and communicating rental agreement terms and conditions• Providing a positive customer experience• Meeting goals set by the Director of Remote Management• Taking customer payments and collecting on past due rent• Handling customer concerns or issues• Assisting customers with the move-out process• Adhering to company policies and procedures• Following up on leads, reservations, issue resolution, etc.• Offering customer support via Live Chat
Requirements
• Self-storage experience preferred• Excellent verbal and written communication• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment• Ability to multi-task• Active listening skills• Must be able to speak and read English clearly and fluently• High School Diploma• Associate degree is a PLUS• Bilingual is a PLUS• Call Center Experience is a PLUS• 6 months+ in customer service role• Experience working with a PC and navigating multiple screens simultaneously
