Remote Live Chat Representative

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and hardworking Remote Live Chat Representative to join our team at Celgene in San Francisco, California. As an Entry Level representative, you will be responsible for providing support to customers through live chat, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products or services through live chat.2. Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively, escalating to management when necessary.3. Conduct research to help customers with their questions or concerns.4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.6. Identify opportunities for process improvement and suggest solutions.7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies.8. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.

Requirements:1. 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.3. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.4. Excellent problem-solving skills.5. Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with live chat software.6. Must be able to work remotely and independently.7. Motivated and hardworking individual who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service.8. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment that embraces and navigates change seamlessly.
