Remote Live Chat Officer

Job Description:We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Remote Live Chat Officer to join our team at Bristol Myers Squibb in Seattle, Washington. As a part-time Associate level employee, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through live chat interactions with customers.

Responsibilities:- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat- Provide accurate information and assistance to customers- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional manner- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality service- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies- Adhere to company guidelines and procedures for live chat interactions- Document customer interactions accurately and efficiently

Requirements:- Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to think critically and solve problems effectively- Adaptability to handle various customer issues and inquiries- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills- Proficiency in using live chat software and other customer service tools- Must be dedicated and willing to go above and beyond for customers- Must bring energy and enthusiasm to each interaction- Must be able to work part-time hours and have flexibility in scheduling
